How We Build Our Durian Cakes
We make our durian cakes to order in Hoppers Crossing. The work changes with the product, from layered cakes with D24 filling to individual crepes and a hand-shaped 3D design.
Pair the supporting flavours
Pandan, gula melaka and chocolate are used only in products designed around those pairings.
Shape the detailed cakes
Our 3D durian cake is shaped and piped by hand to create its textured whole-durian exterior.
Chill and pack
Finished desserts are chilled and packed for delivery or pickup. Keep the box flat and refrigerate it promptly after handover.
